Temecula Morning Classes to Begin Soon

Good morning all:

We had a great turnout yesterday for class.  Was a little bit hot, but like always there at the park, we had a great breeze blowing which cooled it down a ton.  I wanted to let all of you know that if you are interested in Morning classes, our Temecula Classes which will meet every morning at 9:30 AM at the Harveston Sports Park will be starting up soon.  I have 2 people that are interested in doing mornings versus evenings at Los Alamos Sports Park.  If I can get 3 more committed people we can start the class up.  Mornings will be a little bit cooler for those bothered by the heat.  Call me and let me know if you are interested in the morning classes.  I look forward to sweating with all of you again tonight.  We have another great class planned.

Please use this section to post comments, concerns, questions, etc.  I can answer them all right here or if you like can email you back directly.

This Weeks Workout's

All Fit Campers:

I just wanted to send out a Great Job to all you guys.  It was a HOT week and you all showed up and gave it your all.  Believe me!!  You will all reap the rewards of your hard work in a Big way!!  We thank you all for trusting us with your fitness and we are dedicated to helping you achieve and exceed all your goals!  Just so you all know, Gina Ireland has been training with us in preparation to running the Tues-Thurs Murrieta Fit Camp.  Kelly and I will also be working with Gina at each class, but that allows one of to be there for our girls, especially when they get back into school.  Gina is an awesome athlete and a joy to be around.  She is dedicated to you and will provide the same level of workouts that you have been used to.  We have three new members that I would like to introduce.  Tricia and her husband Joe and Karen have been with us all week and are getting into the rhythm of our workouts and doing a great job at it.  Please make sure you introduce yourself if you haven't already!!  Kelly and I are always open to criticism, comments, and of course, Praise!  We love that too.  Ha!  All that info is important to us to make sure you all get the best workouts possible falling in the realm of avoiding things you truly hate and keeping with what you enjoy.  You will never like everything we do, but we want you to like the majority of it.  For example, Wheelbarrows!  We will never do them again!!  Promise.  Everyone there that day hated them with a passion; so they're gone!!  Have a great weekend and we look forward to seeing you all on Tuesday!!  If you want to do something over the weekend but can't think of something go for a fast walk, do jumping jacks, do burpees, split jumps, and sit ups.  Do them all together in a 10 minute quickie and that will give you what you need until Tuesday!!

To all Fit Camper's:

Because of the lack of interest in Monday and Friday Classes, we are going to cancel those altogether until there is more interest in those days.  We have been getting a great turnout for Tuesday thru Thursday classes and will continue with that for now.  Believe me, I want to teach every day, but people need to be there to train or it does not make sense.  Thank you guys for all you hard work day after day.  You are all a joy to train and I look forward to seeing all of you grow in fitness.  Have a great weekend and we will see you on Tuesday!

Gift Certificates!!

Some of you have received a Gift Certificate to give to a friend, family member, etc. as a gift from you for either one week free Fit Camp or a free 1-hour Personal Training session.  If you have not received one it is only because we have not seen you.  We have one for you and will give it to you at the next workout.  I hope you all have thought of someone who might like this gift.  Kelly and I have a goal of 30 Fit Campers by August 1.  Your help would be much appreciated.  Remember, this is what Kelly and I do for a living.  We live and breathe helping you all reach your health and fitness goals.  You can rest assured that any body you bring in will get 100% of us just as you do with every workout, and be treated with the highest of professionalism.  Thank you in advance for thinking about us and for your generous support!!  You guys Rock!!

Reminder: No Monday Classes!!

Just a reminder that there are no Monday classes.  We have had to cancel Monday's for now until our roster picks up and enough people can commit to Monday's.  Tuesdays-Thursdays have been pretty good with attendance, and Friday's are now by RSVP.  You can RSVP on Wednesday's after checking the blog and seeing what and where the workout is going to be and if it is something you want to do.  RSVP by making a comment under the blog.  I will check it on Thursday and will let everyone know if we have enough participants for a class.  If we can get attendance back up we will definitely be right back to Mon-Fri at our regular times.  Your help with this would be greatly appreciated!!  Thank you all for your support!
