To All Our Client Athletes!! Please feel free to post comments under the different posts I make with regards to your workouts. Your feedback is crucial in helping me understand what makes you tick, what drills you like, ones you don't like, etc. Not that we will always do the drills you like because we tend to be strong in the areas we like and weak in the ones we don't, so we will constantly be working on your areas of weakness to avoid any imbalances to prevent any injuries.
